Mindful eating is a practice that involves paying full attention to the experience of eating, both physically and emotionally. By being fully present in the moment and listening to your body's signals, you can develop a healthier relationship with food and enjoy your meals more fully.

Here's how to practise mindful eating:

Eat Without Distractions: When it's time to eat, turn off the TV, put away your phone, and focus solely on the act of eating. Eliminate distractions to fully engage with your food.

Engage Your Senses: Take a moment to appreciate the colours, textures, and aromas of your food. Notice the different flavours as you chew, and savour each bite.

Slow Down: Eat at a relaxed pace, taking the time to chew your food thoroughly. Put your utensils down between bites and pause occasionally to check in with your body.
